How many people can stay at the self catering chalet?
There are two double bedrooms, each with a double bed. There is also a child's bunk bed in one of the bedrooms that is 1.8m long.
When can we arrive at the chalet accommodation?
Any time from 2pm.
When do we have to check out of the accommodation?
Any time before 10am.
Can we smoke in the chalet?
Decoy chalet is a no smoking accommodation.
Are children welcome?
Yes.
What if I have a complaint about the accommodation?
Please contact us immediately and we will do all we can to put things right.
Is bed linen and towels and beach towels provided?
Yes.
Is the area around the chalet quiet at night?
Extremely, the accommodation is a mile from Dornoch amongst a wood of Scots Pine.
Is there parking?
There is parking for 2 vehicles directly in front of the chalet accommodation.
Is heating and electricity included?
Electricity is included in the price; there are electrical heaters. Firewood can be purchased locally and is not included.
What if we have to cancel the holiday?
We suggest that you take out holiday insurance to cover such an event. Of course if you give us plenty of warning then we have a chance to rebook the period and if we can do so, then we will reimburse you fully.
Can we bring pets to the accommodation?
Pets may be permitted by prior arrangement only at the discretion of the chalet owner.
Who do we call if we have any problems or queries?
